Bank Synchronization (Plaid)
We use Plaid LLC. ("Plaid") to connect to financial institutions. By using our bank synchronization features, you grant Monelyx and Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your data from the relevant financial institution. You also agree to your personal and financial data being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.
AI Features & Disclaimer
Monelyx uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered by Google Gemini to provide financial insights, automatic categorizations, and projections. These AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, or tax advice. Monelyx is not responsible for any decisions made based on this information. Always verify AI suggestions before taking action.
Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription term. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration. You and Monelyx agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
